Biography: Ioana is a graduate of the International Relations and European Studies program at the University of Bucharest’s Faculty of History, with a strong academic interest in Balkan affairs. Her Bachelor's thesis explored ‘The Influence of Nationalism on Greek Foreign Policy (1821–1923)’. She has actively volunteered in student NGOs dedicated to international relations, contributing to organising diplomacy-centred projects for students. Additionally, she gained hands-on experience in EU politics as a shadowing intern at the local office of a Romanian MEP. Currently, she is completing her Masters in Southeast European Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens
