Biography: Aja Gashi is a first-year Political Science student at UBT with a strong passion for diplomacy, human rights, and regional cooperation. She is an active member of the European Democracy Youth Network (EDYN) and a Young European Ambassador in the Western Balkans Network where she contributes to initiatives that promote regional cooperation, youth engagement, and European values. Aja has participated in numerous trainings on governance, transparency, and interethnic dialogue and has volunteered with institutions such as the Ministry of Internal Affairs and UN Volunteers (UNV). Her work focuses on political processes, governance, and European integration, with a broader interest in international relations. Aja is also passionate about youth activism and advocacy, striving to create spaces for young people to contribute to societal change and influence policy decisions.
